Our custom build drone is based on the Acecore NEO platform.

Versatile missions possible

Incredibly resistant to strong wind gusts up till 35 knots, high payloads in a range up to 9 kg and capable for operations in various weather conditions.

Extreme positioning accuracy

The Real Time Kinematic (RTK) is a special differential GPS which allows a horizontal & vertical hovering accuracy of 1 cm x 2 cm, compared to non-RTK equipped drones which have a typical hovering accuracy of 150 cm x 50 cm.

Possible of flying your most risk critical missions

Even in environments where the Earth magnetic field is disturbed.

(e.g. Densely populated urban areas or Industrial sites)

Highly redundant

The RPA is highly redundant in all critical areas:

  • Eight rotors
  • Triple redundant GPS modules
  • Triple redundant IMU modules
  • Redundant flight batteries
  • All critical electronics are actively cooled through the hollow carbon fiber frame
  • Less influence of magnetic interferences or loss of GPS signal due to RTK.

Our Thermal camera, based on a  Workswell WIRIS 640 2nd gen, allows us to capture thermographic images and visual images simultaneously.

The thermographic images are calibrated radiometric thermographic images which has benefits above non-radiometric images:

  • Improved accuracy
  • Moveable and resizable spot-meter
  • Additional spot-meter data (average, standard deviation, minimum, and maximum value)
  • Detailed temperature information per pixel
  • More accurately temperature determination

Moreover all recorded data is geographical referenced for further analysis or post-processing such as photogrammetry. e.g. to create a 3D model.

Our thermographic specialist can change all camera parameters from the ground control station in order to perform a full in-flight analysis.

Specifications

Key Specifications of our Thermal camera:

  • Thermal camera resolution: 640 x 512 pixels
  • Digital camera resolution: 1.600 x 1.200 pixels
  • Detector type: Uncooled VOx microbolometer
  • Thermal sensitivity: lower than 0,03° K
  • Thermal accuracy: lower than 2 %
  • Spectral range: 7.5 – 13.5 μm
  • Frame rate: 7 Hz
  • Temperature range: –20°C to +150°C OR -40°C to +550°C (optional +1 500°C on request)

Our custom build zoom-able FPV camera, based on a DJI Zenmuse Z3 gimbal, guarantees high image quality and highly versatile missions.

The DJI Zenmuse Z3 is an integrated aerial zoom camera.  It has a  7 x zoom made up of 3,5 x optical and 2 x digital lossless zoom creates a 22 mm to 77 mm equivalent focal length range, making it ideal for industrial applications.

The ability to zoom in the air creates many new opportunities to streamline and enhance industrial and commercial drone use, from power line inspection to search and rescue.

Still images can be captured at a resolution of 12 megapixels, while Adobe DNG RAW support allows for advanced image editing. Video can be captured at up to 30 frames per second in crisp 4K.

During an operation this FPV camera can be combined one of the other main gimbals.
